Terms of Service

These terms apply to the panel hosting service offered by stage.followerhq.com at https://stage.followerhq.com. By using the site you accept them.

1. The service

Panels attached to your account are hosted under the plan you choose. Plan limits, renewal dates and pricing are shown in your portal account.

2. Account and responsibility

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for everything done through your account.
• We are not liable for losses caused by an incorrect, incomplete or private link.
• Illegal content, copyright infringement and any use that violates third-party rights are prohibited and may lead to suspension.

3. Payments and balance

• Top-ups are made through the payment methods listed on the site and follow the provider's own terms.
• Balance is used to pay panel and add-on invoices and is not cashed out unless stated otherwise.
• Prices may change without notice; changes never affect orders already placed.

4. Cancellation and refunds

• Orders that started or completed cannot be cancelled.
• For partially delivered orders the undelivered part is refunded to your balance automatically.
• Provider-side failures are cancelled and refunded in full.

5. Guarantee and refill

Where a service is sold with a guarantee, you can open a refill request within the period stated in its description. Accounts or posts that are deleted, set to private or affected by platform policy changes fall outside the guarantee.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages caused by third-party platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and others) changing their rules, going down or acting against your account.

These terms may be updated; the current version is always published on this page.
